queen bee : love it or hate it?

theres a lot of reason why people want to be mr/miss popular. oh please who doesnt want to be popular? but unfortunately, not all of you can be mr/miss popular. im the one who not so lucky too after all.  i know that our lives is not a gossip girl drama, but admit it, this kind of ‘it’ person comes real in your life!

i wont talking about mr popular, because they dont hurt =p what im trying to say is all about miss popular, or should we called it– queen be ? or it girl? or whatever you name it.

Queen bee supposed to be smart, pretty, nice, and have all of super good attitude that makes you damn jealous. But lately, queen bee is more like bossy, evil, backstabber, and anything you hate except the way she dressed. remember this : theres always a queen bee in your life— well, in your class at least. If there is not, then dont tell me that you are that queen bee.=p This kind of queen be can make you feel so invisible—sooo invisible!

“You hate her, but still you wish to be one of her friends.Sucks huh?”

No matter who you are, here things that you should do :

  • dont be mean.
  • there is some people that will hate you for no reason, just ignore them, they dont even know the real you.
  • believe in yourself, you are the queen of your life, not others!
  • Be sweet to anyone you can possibly stand to be sweet to.
  • Stop worrying too much!
  • Build self confidence. You are beautiful, trust me !:)

okei let me start to write first topic in this blog : aromatherapy!

i found it interesting to talk about this, since i addicted to this thing lately. if you come to my room you will find a lot of candles, aromatherapy diffusers and essential oil. :p

aromatherapy reliably enhances positive mood, for me its more like balancing my mind. It is good for healing and relaxation.Aromatherapy using a variety of natural oils from herbs and plants has been known to aid in the healing of many conditions.

One thing you should remember is dont use the essential oil too much, it can make you feel dizzy. Choose your favorite smell and enjoy. I suggest you to buy oil that you dont have to blend with water/ratus anymore, because its more easy to use. If you too lazy to do this, you can go to your favorite spa salon to do aromatherapy massage.

Here i will give you some information about essential oil safety information :

  • Essential oils should never be used undiluted on the skin.
  • Some oils can cause sensitization or allergic reactions in some individuals
  • Some essential oils should be avoided during pregnancy or by those with asthma, epilepsy, or with other health conditions.
  • When using essential oils, use the smallest amount of essential oils that will get the job done.
  • Not all essential oils are suitable for use in aromatherapy.
  • Never let children use essential oils without the presence of an adult knowledgeable about their use.
  • Essential oils should not be taken internally.
  • Essential oils are flammable.
