okei let me start to write first topic in this blog : aromatherapy!
i found it interesting to talk about this, since i addicted to this thing lately. if you come to my room you will find a lot of candles, aromatherapy diffusers and essential oil. :p
aromatherapy reliably enhances positive mood, for me its more like balancing my mind. It is good for healing and relaxation.Aromatherapy using a variety of natural oils from herbs and plants has been known to aid in the healing of many conditions.
One thing you should remember is dont use the essential oil too much, it can make you feel dizzy. Choose your favorite smell and enjoy. I suggest you to buy oil that you dont have to blend with water/ratus anymore, because its more easy to use. If you too lazy to do this, you can go to your favorite spa salon to do aromatherapy massage.
Here i will give you some information about essential oil safety information :
- Essential oils should never be used undiluted on the skin.
- Some oils can cause sensitization or allergic reactions in some individuals
- Some essential oils should be avoided during pregnancy or by those with asthma, epilepsy, or with other health conditions.
- When using essential oils, use the smallest amount of essential oils that will get the job done.
- Not all essential oils are suitable for use in aromatherapy.
- Never let children use essential oils without the presence of an adult knowledgeable about their use.
- Essential oils should not be taken internally.
- Essential oils are flammable.
